So I do not need impulse to download it? I recently reinstalled and thought that is what I needed to get it back.
Thank you for your quick response. I have no ticket number, since it never autoresponded to me, but I know the email was entered right. And it is for Stardock products. My emails were to sales, and to impulse so they would not affect the ticket, and they were sent before I found the support ticket screen. So with the news that support is off I will have to consider if I should renew my Object Desktop subscription. Thanks.
Ok probably wrong forum, but I have opened ticekts and sent emails with no answer to both Stardock and Impulse websites. For a week now I cannot log in to Impulse, it says multiple attempts made try again in a few hours. That started over a week ago, let a day pass, same error, two days, same error, 4 days, still same error. I did successfully reset password the first and second time I tried, but still keep getting error message. I can log into Stardoc
