Impulse Problem

Ok probably wrong forum, but I have opened ticekts and sent emails with no answer to both Stardock and Impulse websites.

 

For a week now I cannot log in to Impulse, it says multiple attempts made try again in a few hours.  That started over a week ago, let a day pass, same error, two days, same error, 4 days, still same error.  I did successfully reset password the first and second time I tried, but still keep getting error message.  I can log into Stardock fine, but not to Impulse.

Please post the ticket number you received in the auto-email response from support.

Note: Support tickets are answered on a first-in first-out basis. Each time you send another email before you hear back from a live support tech your position in the response queue will be the last one in. This is the weekend and support are off.

Are you using Impulse for Stardock products or GameStop games?

Thank you for your quick response.

I have no ticket number, since it never autoresponded to me, but I know the email was entered right.

And it is for Stardock products.

My emails were to sales, and to impulse so they would not affect the ticket, and they were sent before I found the support ticket screen.  So with the news that support is off I will have to consider if I should renew my Object Desktop subscription.

If you are wanting to renew ODNT, Impulse is not used for that anymore.  GameStop/Impulse still handles the SD games but not desktop stuff.

The proper email for Stardock support is support@stardock.com

Impulse has been purchased by GameStop and if you wish to download your ODNT products you can do so at - https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products

Another system is in the works to enable downloading Stardock apps but no time frame as yet.

Purchasing - Renewing your ODNT can be done by clicking on the "Store" tab on the Home page of WinCustomize.com.

So I do not need impulse to download it?  I recently reinstalled and thought that is what I needed to get it back.
