Fences Pro is not designed for Win8 and may not work as desired. Fences 2 is designed for Win 8.

Fences 2 is not part of the Object Desktop upgrade path at the moment (because of it's much lower price than the other applications in the upgrade path (WindowBlinds, Fences Pro, DesktopX, DeskScapes, IconDeveloper, SkinStudio or WindowFX). Perhaps support or sales will have a solution.

What is your ticket number with Support?
Clicking on the titlebar and dragging should move any fence unless you have locked the fence.
Audio is NOT supported on XP.

We plan on updating more of our software as time goes on. At the moment, Start8, Fences 2, Multiplicity 2, Tiles (beta), and WindowFX 5 (beta) all work with Win 8. Other Stardock applications are not certified to work with Windows 8 and running current version may or may not work. At this time though, they are not supported. There is no problem, there's just people that don't know our schedule.
