Sales Customer Support

I paid for my product over a day ago (object desktop subscription). I open a ticket and no one has responded to the ticket or moved it out of processing. 

Just a little upsetting that I paid for a product was not told anything about the "processing" wait period. Now that it has been past the wait period (or response period) and I still haven't heard anything. I called the tech line for sales and it gives you a recording to leave your email?

 

Just generally disappointing and definitely should be addressed.
