Heh. You registered back in 2003 and that download link hasn't been available for years. Send an email to support@stardock.com and wevll see what can be done.
If you cannot wait, you can try the following: Download: http://sd.stardock.com/sdactivate_legacy.zip Extract its contents to the application's root directory. If it asks you to overwrite the existing files say yes to all. Run the REGISTER_[game name].CMD file that matches the game you need help with. Enter your account information and the serial number.

This is a feature so that you know that you are on a page with hidden fences or icons. You can set Fences to auto-hide things when the desktop does not have focus.
