Email support@stardock.com so we can get more information. I don't see WoM on the account associated with this email. Include any other emails you may have used and the serial number you are using with WOM.
If you buy WB you get to use it forever without extra costs. You will get all updates up to the next major version number. You can download that version forever. There is no discount for WB from an Object Desktop subscription.

Are you seeing 25 instances of ObjectDock in Task Manager? This may be a bug in how WebEx is detecting windows and it may be considering each shortcut one. Can you post a screenshot?
