I purchased E:WoM in 2011 but cannot seem to get the discount

Not sure what to say here.  I bought the game in 2011, even downloaded Impulse so I could update the game, and I don't see the option to get the discount to preorder Fallen Enchantress anywhere.  Was there a cutoff date in 2011 or would any 2011 date work?

Email support@stardock.com so we can get more information.  I don't see WoM on the account associated with this email.  Include any other emails you may have used and the serial number you are using with WOM.
