Causes Explorer.exe to behave eratically

HELP!!!!!!!

OK so ive used windows blinds for a LONG time and NEVER run into any problems but today i went to restart my computer(to put a new wifi card in) and apon start-up i hit a major bump,  it was loading but i could not open anything that had to do with explorer ie: My Computer, My Network, or Control Panel.  it worked perfectly for like 3 months and then just tanked out on me today (Kinda bummed) and i want to know how to fix it,  i have tried unistalling and reinstalling it already.

 

btw if you need to know the specs here they are:

AMD phenom II X6 1100t 3.30GHz

8 Gigs of ram

2 tb hdd

windows 7 x64 sp1

radeon x1500/1550 graphics card(dont ask y its so bad im upgrading,  i got the card for free)

Probably something to do with your graphics card and its drivers. Are they up to date?

Please send a note to support@stardock.com and wait until an actual person (not the autoreply) contacts you, and don't write again until an actual person replies or you'll be kicked to the end of the queue. Keep the autoreply as it has your ticket number for reference.

and it cant be the graphics card (the driver are up to date too) cause it work for like 3 months b4 it decided to die today.

 

ok and thanks for the advice i put a ticket in so now alls i have to do is wait.

No, at this point, everything should pretty much go through email rather than the forums.  Email is official support, so it's easier to handle things like this from there.
