Later note: I went in with a color picker, and found that the hyperlink color is 0,0,192 ... There are *no* fields in the WB "Modify style" interface, that are anywhere near that color. I wonder if the hyperlink color isn't controlled by WB at all?? (at least in WB10, which is what I'm using)

I'm using Windows 10 Pro and WB 10.89 I have roughly 200 themes installed. I have made extensive mods to some of these themes, using the WB "Modify style" option. I am trying to establish what I might need to do, in order to back up all my modified themes... I know the active themes are installed in folder C:\Users\Public\Documents\Stardock\WindowBlinds ... Can I just save a copy of this folder tree, and copy it to a new machine?? <br /
Actually, I have been able to set Open Shell Start Menu color, by using the Modify Style -> Change System Colors ... The color to set is "Color 0" ... See enclosed images, where I set Open Shell Start Menu color to bright green. This is on Windows 10, with WB10 ... haven't tried it on WB11, but it *should* use the same color options... well... okay... I took the simple solution here... I un-installed WB11, Start 11, SkinStudio 11, rebooted, then installed WB10.89 again... Almost all of these issues are now resolved, at least until MS finally coerces me to downgrade Win10 to Win11 ... hopefully that will be awhile yet. Maybe I'll be fortunate and all my WB11 issues will be resolved by then (or maybe not). For now, this thread can be closed.

So none of these are Windows 10 issues.

Also, I found the other program that is having this effect... I use a reminder program called EPIM Mail (Formerly EssentialPIM Free) ... both the program itself, and especially its reminder dialogs, are corrupted when I change the WB theme... very odd...
Here is further details on this issue: If I have RJTextEd minimized when I change the WB theme, then I get the effect that I documented above. If, however, I leave RJTextEd open when I change WB theme, then the editor *appears* to be drawn correctly with the new theme - but when I click on any of the filename tabs, the editor just hangs... The very fact that I can exclude Tbird from WB handling, and this issue is still present, I think demonstrates that it is a Tbird issue... I've been using WB 10 on Windows 10 Pro, for years now, with no issues. Recently, I upgraded to WB 11.07 (still on Windows 10) to gain access to a new feature in that program. However, I now am having an odd quirk when I run VLC Media Player... In the past, I could double-click on a video file (in Explorer), and it would open in VLC and just play normally.
