Micheal Jackson..Your thoughts?

Micheal Jackson..Your thoughts?

Well I am reading on CNN that MJ will be turning himself in tomorow morning(Thursday). I have a relative who's a Sheriff's Deputy and he tells me the raid had to be done because of very substantial evidence,no guessing games at all. Maybe he is guilty, maybe he was the last time. Interesting to see how it will play out. What do you think?

If by 'hint' you mean thousands of dead kurds and a history of lobbing IMD into Iran, yes.

, yep we sold them the Chem weapons and looked the other way, they filled mass graves and we looked the other way, why you might ask? Because they were killing Iranians and we just got goose bumps and loved every minute the died and killed in a war we wanted but didn't want to fight directly...

..............

The most ethical thing about that is the President's Daddy as President allowed this to happen and our Sec of Defense was a major player in setting it up.... and the beat goes on, yeah the beat goes on...

sad.. but true...

#100 by Mr XX - 11/21/2003 7:27:10 PM Hm WMDS in Iraq and the war is my current english 102 class essay. Basically, Iraq had WMDS, yes but after the desert storm, so far, theres none found yet.

do some extra credit work and research just where Saddam purchased his WMD's of old that he used on people in his nation. Such as the displaced Kurd's whos lands where taken because they have Oil and Natural Gas in them....

Look into who was the key people in providing Saddam with those weapons, look into who looked the other way while he used those same weapons, look into the fact that every time we turn around there is a new Moral reason behind the USA invading and occupying Iraq, I mean other than being in control of Iraq, while your at it look into the people in government with a long business and family history with the Bin Laden family...

wait, don't, you might end up labeled unpatriotic and a subversive liberal with possible ties to terrorism or a closet fanatical muslim supporter...

back to the topic:

I do not know if Michael Jackson is guilty or not, but if he is guilty, it does not change my opinion that Thriller, Bad, and Dangerous are excellent albums. If he is a pediphile, then he deserves to be punished, but I don't think I will ever stop listening to his music.

All right time for my epistle:

First: Michael Jackson is innocent until proven guilty. This is one of the USA's basic rights. Most of what I have read supports that he is guilty. No matter that he has been tried before for the same offense, he was never convicted. I will presume he is innocent, but i will not actually say that out loud.

Second: Michael Jackson has had an abnormal life. Since his first years of life he has been thrown money and fame. However he lacked the basic childhood experience that really defines who we become. He has no experience of a normal life. Whatever his decisions (the strange new face and pale skin) were not made by a mind that functions in the same way as ours.

Third: There is a chance of other crazy people trying to smear Jackson for their own personal agenda. They may either hate child molesters so much that they attack on suspicion, or they benefit from jackson's demise.

Fourth: Media is not reliable. I don't trust everything told to me on tv or the internet about Jackson. Personally if I somehow got into his situation (Lord knows how) and I had that much money I would buy my own nation and leave the country with a big middle finger waving behind me. But how can we possible know what he thinks: his life is so much different he probably sees things from a viewpoint that none of us has ever even thought of. If you flip throught the channels you see very little opinion on the Jackson situation on major channels. For once I think they took the right course even if it was for the wrong reason (scared of being wrong for wither outcome) at least in the news.

Fifth: There is genius in Michael Jackson. His music was great, and he used to be very very popular. What amazes me is that with so much negative publicity he still remains popular. What really creeps me out is the subject change in his videos since the eighties. I recently saw his music movie 'ghosts' and its mainly focused on children, while 'thriller' is about a girl and Jackson in both cases.

Sixth: Finally, his change in physique. I cannot understand why he did this and I shall never want to. I see it as a sign of degradation of his mental health. However I am no mental health expert so my opnion in this matter is moot.

In conclusion: I think that Michael Jackson is completly different from all of us 'normal' people. However he cannot be held on a different system of justice. I think that there is a very good chance that he is either guilty or being played. Either way I think he has mental problems and definitly needs some form of help. Genuis might be borderline insanity, but still I would rather be sane then a genius. Based on the evidence I would have to say guilty, but I shall hold my guilty verdict until after a jury decides or he pleads guilty.

If you are still reading this thank you for your time

Oh and some info is coming out about the accuser(s) also.

Mother also made some unfounded claims about her ex-husband, claims kid was abused by father, mother father nasty, NASTY marriage and divorce. She was living on practically nothing.

There was more to it but I turned the TV off because I am about tired of the media claiming they are not holding a public trial and yet they seem to thrive on what if's, he said - she said, maybe and pushing buttons or asking leading questions to promote conflict between their guests who happen to either have strong opinions that he is innocent or guilty as hell because all you have to do is look at him he is a freak and all the things from the past and on and on and on.....

blah

Hell it doesn't matter if he is or isn't anymore, either he will always be innocent and railroaded or he will be guilty as hell and bought his way out of it...

anyway, back off topic...

Kind of like either Saddam shows us his WDM's or we go to war because if he doesn't show us his WDM's then he is hiding them. Now it is, oh, well, he used to have them but used them before and there are some hidden somewhere we just don't know where... blah

BTW, it is on topic at that because the comparison was made and then questioned, though it is tangent to the root of the topic it is still part of the topics thread and in context

yuck yuck...

Yep TechCat I like his music too. You know track 6 - D.S. on the History Album Disc 2 seems to be directed at Thomas Sneddon the District Attorney. Maybe it's all a personal battle.

You are right, that track is directed towards Thomas Sneddon. "Dom S. Sheldon" is a fake name obviously designed to sound a lot like "Thomas Sneddon". Disc two of HIStory was mostly MJ ranting and raving about all the "mistreatment" he got out of the allegations against him in 1993. I wonder if the new things happening to MJ now will inspire another album filed with compaints and four-letter words.

I haven't bought MJ's newest CD since it's just a collection of songs I already have except for two tracks which I bought off of Napster. At least with music services like Napster and iTunes, I can just buy the songs I don't already have.

We seem to be going of topic here (someone introduced Sadam), let's get back on track with M.J. If he is guilty he should be on trial in a court as soon as possible not months from now.

His friends seem to think that he is very innocent and whenever they have met him they tell us that he tends to film everything to avoid situations like this, but remember that the worst of these child molestors are probably very nice a polite people in public and maybe not so in private. Take for example the 2 little girls in Soham (England) where the caretaker of a school was probably considered a friend by the little ones and their parents, the 2 girls are now dead and the parents have lost 2 sweet children.

After the search by police of M.J's Neverland home and the discovery of a secret room puts a very big damper on things, are we to believe that a man that has a SECRET room for entertaining children is totally innocent of any wrong doing.

Just thought I would add my few thought's on the subject.

PS: Remember 10 yesr ago when Latoya also agreed with the accusation ??

Latoya Jackson is crazy herself and whatever she says cannot be taken as proof of anything. She is the Jackson family outcast.

yeah they said something about it on msnbc last night, something about the KKK in the verse. That was childish on his part, but I guess if he feels that the DisAttny is after him, it's his song and after all it is only a song...

good thing they do not hand out death sentences for being a freak because MJ would be dead 1000 times over

Heck they would freeze him so they could kill him yearly as some kind of public event.

doesn't anyone find it odd that the investigation was in the works for months, and the day to a T that he is ready to release a new Number One hits CD, they serve a search warrent and then follow it up with a warrent for his arrest the next day?

No one will convince me that it was not planned out like that...

So if it was, what gives with the DA pulling that?

Tech, you need to start listening to some real music.

go pick up some Korn and through that MJ stuff out. He can't sing. Backstreet boys sound better then him.

MJ's music sucks.

I must admit that MJ has better music then either Korn or Backstreet Boys. But this is just opinion and off topic

I do listen to Korn too. I also listen to Smashing Pumpkins, Pink Floyd, Metallica, The Beatles, Marilyn Manson, Nine Inch Nails, Eminem, and mostly alternative rock. My musical tastes span many different genres except country and hip hop although Eminem and Beastie Boys are the only hip hop I can stand.

You just say MJ music sucks because you are convinced he is guilty. Even if MJ is guilty, it does not change the fact that Thriller, Bad, and Dangerous are some awesome CDs.

You actually hope he is guilty because you dislike him for being different from you? I hope that if he did what he is accused of doing, he is found guilty. I hope that if he did not do what he is accused of doing, he is found not guilty. If being weird is a crime then you and I should be in prison along with MJ.

heloo! everyone knows he is a freak and different than us. He is not normal. Never will be.

Guilty or not, his music carrer is finished because of all of this.

And I still think his music sucks. I have never owned a MJ album and never will.

In fact, if you bring a MJ album it will get broke along with any country albums as well.
