Micheal Jackson..Your thoughts?

Well I am reading on CNN that MJ will be turning himself in tomorow morning(Thursday). I have a relative who's a Sheriff's Deputy and he tells me the raid had to be done because of very substantial evidence,no guessing games at all. Maybe he is guilty, maybe he was the last time. Interesting to see how it will play out. What do you think?

They don't call him Wacko Jacko for nothing.

If it wasn't so seriously sad it would be hilarious.

I think one commentator said it well this morning... "It's like watching a 45-year-long train wreck."

Very tragic.

Well, If in fact it's true, I hope to god he won't be able to buy his way out of it this time. >

Anyone wanna wager on how long it's going to take his nose degenerate?

I am in MUN (Model United Nations, a highschool and college class). I specialize in the UNICEF committee (United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund) and at conferences when we finish our topics early, we go into what is called an "Emergency Topic". This is something that the committee feels is a serious problem at the time, while yet being fun since the real conference topics are over. For the past year and a half, the emergency topic in UNICEF has been "Micheal Jackson and Children"

By the way that wasnt a joke, I'm dead serious about that

I think that a 40+ year old man who admits (as he has) to sharing a bed with other people's children has a serious problem of some sort. Whether or not he's actually an active child molester or not, he certainly has some serious issues evidenced by his behaviors and self-mutilation.

Now what parents would let their kids stay over with MJ? Reportedly he showers the kids with gifts, pays bills and other things from which the parents benefit as well. No doubt his generosity contributes to some parents going along with what even on the surface one might regard as questionable relationships with an adult (and rather bizarre) man. The last time such accusations arose, the family received something like $5 million or more from Jackson. Without cooperation from the parents and the alleged victim (and they all indicated they would not cooperate with any prosecution) at that time the authorities could not bring charges. (California law has since changed, specifically as a result of that incident.)

In this case it's being reported in the media that the kid's psychiatrist reported the alleged abuse to the authorities, as required by law. But for that (if that's what happened) it may well be that nothing would ever have been brought to the attention of law enforcement. It remains to be seen what the evidence turns out to be, but given the object of the investigation and the resources he has for a legal team I have to think that the authorities at least figure they have solid enough stuff to go forward with an arrest warrant.

String him up...How many kids are out there that have not come forward...Plenty I'm sure

I think that if it is true he bleongs in prision and the kids parents need some jail time also for Willful Endangerment of a Child.

Also, I think if it isn't true that EVERYONE who has been running around smearing him with personal opinions voiced as if fact should eat a bar of Lava Soap...

as far as any high school class goes, if they don't have anything better to do than spend a year babbling over Michael Jackson I think they need to review the structure of the class and the reason behind why a year was spent on that instead of Terrorism, WAR, US Domestic and Foreign Policy, the Patriot Act and Civil Rights/Liberties...

sheesh, get real...

I think MJ is a child rapist and a very sick person. He deserves what he gets.

My mind has been made up since I read that to get into his bedroom you have to walk under life-size mannequins of a Boy and Girl Scout holding hands to make an arch. After the ruinous attempt ten years ago, I doubt the police would try to get him again if it wasn't a sure thing.

I think if it is found to be true, he should be a shower toy at a maximum security prison for a long time. That said, I figure Roman Polanski has a room waiting for him in France. I doubt he'll see the inside of a jail, but I'll keep my fingers crossed.

without a doubt....

Yeah, BakerStreet, when "news" people on TV were trying to figure out where MJ was since they had staked out the Santa Barbara airport and he hadn't yet arrived (like he would go there knowing they had the place surrounded), I thought to myself, maybe he decided to visit Roman Polanski....

I think we all need to take a chill pill and wait and see what the "evidence" is before we start stringing people up. Michael Jackson is obviously a strange guy...no crime there...if it were a crime I think many of us would be in jail right along side of him. And society is just as much to blame for this strangeness, since we tend to overpay and glorify many sports figures and entertainers that are little more than thugs, drug addicts, and abusers, and quite frankly I'd never let any of them in my house. My opinion is that we send out mixed messages in society...you can't swear or talk openly about things like sex...but yet we have a roughly 40 Million dollar a year pornography industry. But...if the guy is indeed guilty he needs to pay for his actions...and not with money...with the loss of his freedom...for a long time. But as we all know...money talks and justice is for the rich. How many rich people do you know that are in jail?

yeah well he should do some time in prison. maybe he be a better business man afterwards.

As for Jackson, the world would be a better place without him, or should i say his actions.

well, being a survivor of it, I have some pretting strong opinions of those who are guilty of it. But I also want to know what proof there is before applying it...

For one thing, it is a fact, everytime he is ready to release a new Movie, Video, CD or go on the Concert road, someone comes up with this and they end up being paid off. Why? Maybe because it is easier for him to throw chump changes their way than to go through all the crap on TV and in the news?

Odd don't you think that any adult would let their kid spend the night with him after all the crap in the News in the past?

That is why I say if it did in fact happen then the parents should face time for Willful Child Endangerment... They also should not be allowed to sell books right, movies rights or get any money for any reason if it did happen. The kids should get any money and it should be put into a trust fund until he is 21 years old, period. Parents are just a guilty in my opinion...

Who knows what will happen...maybe someday.... OJ will run for Prez & MJ Vp.

It's a crazy fu world!

Jackson IS a homosexual pedophile, it's very evident. Not to mention a very sick man. But there is a Big coincidence that he was raided on the same day he releases his new album??? What will happen to him if he has to do time???

Do remember I said this is after we discuss terrorism, war, policies, and all that other great stuff. Conferences are a weekend long, so that last 2-3 hours when you finish your topics early is spent on sumthin wierd like talkin bout Wacko Jacko and his "Never, Never (SEND ME THERE AGAIN MOMMY! ) Land.

"shudder" Our prison system is not gentle in these cases. Rather, the system doesn't have a good record of safeguarding these sorts of inmates from the general population....
oh, OK

Now that actually sounds like an interesting class

Jackson IS a homosexual pedophile

Why because you say so, or because you feel that only the information on TV or in Print is enough to PROVE without a doubt he is a Pedophile? Hell I bet Bush is God sent also?

open your eyes IP... might learn something.

It's been known for years that MJ was a child molester.
