Micheal Jackson..Your thoughts?

Micheal Jackson..Your thoughts?

Well I am reading on CNN that MJ will be turning himself in tomorow morning(Thursday). I have a relative who's a Sheriff's Deputy and he tells me the raid had to be done because of very substantial evidence,no guessing games at all. Maybe he is guilty, maybe he was the last time. Interesting to see how it will play out. What do you think?

I think that first we must wait for the evidence before we say MJ is guilty.

Some people here already say he is quilty. I think no one is quilty until it is proven that someone is quilty.

Or is it true like Jay-z says: quilty until proven innocent

And if MJ is quilty, the of course he must go to jail, no doubt about it, but as you know in America everything is possible, so who knows now already what is going to happen......

I don't see what is wrong with waiting until all the proof comes out before drawing a conclusion. If I got accused of a crime I did not commit, I sure would not want scooby in the jury since he would probably already convict me without proof.

Tech Cat: I think people can be objective and have opinions. The recent Robert Durst case ( http://www.reuters.com/newsArticle.jhtml?type=domesticNews&storyID=3799104 ) is a good example of that, I think. If you can admit to shooting someone, cutting them up, and dumping them in a lake, and STILL not be convicted of murder, it goes a long way toward proving that people can be objective in the face of highly prejudicial concepts.

For me its a wait and see. I have to admit I would think he would leave the kids alone and change his practices.

I have a friend, well he was my brothers best friend actually...

Anyway, he was living with his wife, at the time before they were married. She has a duaghter who was 4 at the time. Dan and Amber used to watch Wrestling every Saterday and then Kungfu theater after that. Then they would play fight and she would beat him up. Well one Saterday after watching Kungfu theater she slapped him and ran away giggling, I was sitting in the chair across the room and was laughing my butt off. As she ran away Dan who is 6' 8" tall snapped his foot out acting like he was going to kick her and was going to brush her butt with his toes. Well she took five quick steps (two for an adult) and stopped dead in her tracks, Dans size 16 foot connected with her butt and she flew a good five feet onto the wood floor. He was picking her up right after she landed he came off the couch so fast. It hurt, without a doubt and if left one hell of a nasty bruise on her butt and thigh.

Well after the crying was over and she was ok, Michell was done freaking out we all took off to get Ice Cream cones...

That Monday she was at day care and she was changing into her bathing suit and the lady who took care of her age group noticed the brusies and asked her what happened?

Amber didn't want to eat her breakfest this morning and Dan made her choose between eating what her mom had cooked for her, or no TV that night.

So after this lady asked her, Amber tells her " Dan kicked me " and the lady took her to the Minister and she asked again, after showing him the bruise "Dan kicked me" and the started asking all these leading questions and someone mentioned that Dan was in trouble wher eshe could hear it. So being mad at Dan she just went alone with them leading her along with questions like "Dan hits you and things to punish you doesn't he?" "yes" "Dose Dan drink?" "yes" "when he drinks Dan punish you more doesn't he?" "yes" next thing you know they have the Cops there and they take her to the station. Call up her mom and have her come down and interview her, then she calls the shop who calls the customer where we were working that day and tell him he needs to get to the station in the next two hours or they would have a warrent for his arrest put out. So we wrap it up and I get him there in time and I am told that it is going to be a long time so I should probably leave.

Well, Amber and her mom needed a ride so I went to pick them up when Michell called only for her to be told that Child Services would be keeping her for the next few days and to go home and they would contact her the next day. In the end, the FBI was called in, the Cops thought that Amber was lying to protect Dan when she finally told them exactly what happened and they would listen to her. Her mother was not allowed near her until that point and Dan had been in Jail for five days.

So it all comes out he did nothing against the law, it was not abuse, but in the mean time his name has been registered in some data base because he was investigated and it couldn't be removed without a court order and he would have to get a laywer to do this...

So... yeah, I'll wait until the proof is there before I'll buy into the lynch mob mentality...

Hmmmmmmmm. Wait for the trial and verdict. I personally don't like the man. Child. Whatever. However, I will not make a judgement of anyone, in this type of circumstance, until after a fair and impartial hearing. Then, we can hang him. >

Scooby, Heres something Ive learned...
You'll learn more if you "listen" and read what other ppl say (especially adults) than you will if you sit around posting 'me too.'

Hmm gulity before proven innocent?

I don't know what is going on, other than the fact that MJ is quite odd, and people blamed him for molesing children.

Well. I hope this time it will prove either that's true or not this time.

Hmmm I noticed that he don't really change the look. I remember being 12 or thereabouts and he looked the same as now.

You can read documents related to the original civil case from ten years ago: http://www.thesmokinggun.com

I warn you that it gets pretty graphic.

Actually Wacho Jacko does look different now than he did ten years ago. He now has a butt chin, triangle nose (possibly a fake nose), and his hair looks like it might be fake too (a wig). When asked about his change in appearance, he claims it's puberty.

Well, I am by all means what one could call a "liberal", although I don't vote for the Liberal party of Canada because I think their policies are too right winged ().

Having said that, I think Michael Jackson is a mental case. I have no idea if he is guilty in this very particular case, but I know from his own admission that he is obsessed with children and that he likes to lie down in bed with them. I don't believe for one second that nothing else than sleep happens during these nights.
I think he is sick, and I think his place is not in jail for 3 years, but indefinately in a mental institution.

And about his father: that's what HE claims. But I suspect he is having dillusions. I think he may actually believe it to be true sometimes, but I don't think it's true. His parents, his brothers and sisters, friends of the family, all say that Mr. Jackson is incapable of such things.  Oh, he may have beeing way wrong in pushing the Jackson brothers into showbusiness at such a young age, maybe pushing them too hard even (mentally, not physically), and maybe Michael Jackson's mental sickness comes from there originally, but I don't believe his dad abused him physically.  I just think Wacko Jacko is really really wacko.  Not a criminal, just plain nuts.

He has a skin condition?

I think he just should get some help. He must be surrounded by 'yes' men instead of having someone who can tell him to go and get help.

Is Janet jackson the only one who came out normal in that family?

The whole thing is just sad.

yes. sad but true.

BTW on the news this morning MJ still has not turned himself in. Coward.
I would suggest juxtaposing a few pictures of Janet as well. She might have ended up less whacky, but I wouldn't venture to call her normal either.
Ohh I was talking about 1980s to now, but apperently theres changes even then.

I also recall that he had some skin problem and showed a show host the skin spots. Thats why he kept using skin cream. But that nose thing...

Janet in normal enough particularly considering where she came from and who her family is.

She would probably fit in most families without a problem.

The rest of them, not to sure about that.

Even in the case of someone helping Micheal out (of which usually would be family when it comes to mental cases) no one can really go and do that from his family. They are so estranged from each other.

They are all a strange bunch, that is without a doubt. Janet may appear normal, but how can one come from a family like that and not be scarred in some way or another? I was reading more on the case and I saw something that said the child in question is a cancer patient and that MJ used wine and pills on him, all of this revealed in therapy in late September. This case is different from the one 10 years ago, the child then refused to testify, whereas this child has not. I am really starting to think there is something to all of it now. If he is in fact guilty, I hope they prosecute him to the fullest extent of the law, then throw him in the general population of some prison.

I didn't say she wasn't scarred, just that she is the most normal.

I can see why she doesn't want to speak to the rest of them... infact I understand why they don't want to speak to each other.

In a situaition that Michael is in, I think if he had family maybe he would have gottin help for himself a long time ago.
