Micheal Jackson..Your thoughts?

Micheal Jackson..Your thoughts?

Well I am reading on CNN that MJ will be turning himself in tomorow morning(Thursday). I have a relative who's a Sheriff's Deputy and he tells me the raid had to be done because of very substantial evidence,no guessing games at all. Maybe he is guilty, maybe he was the last time. Interesting to see how it will play out. What do you think?

Yes, child molesting is against the law and a terrible thing to do (thats putting it mildly). But so is rape, murder and a million other things. People are accused of these things everyday and alot of times there is tons of evidence. But you also never see some of these people serve a day in jail. Then they turn around and do it again. Alot of celebrities have been accused of crimes but how often is there any serious punishment for them. If a regular guy who was just a normal class citizen was accused of the same thing they would probably throw him in jail for life or try to execute him and be done with it. This will most likely never happen to MJ or any celebrity for that matter because of their deep pockets. But that shouldn't mean they are above the law, no one should be. The sad part is that all of us, me included are the ones that basically have made them what they are cause we buy their music and go to there movies or sporting events or whatever it is that they do that makes them what we consider a celebrity.

I hope that for the childs sake that if MJ did molest him he is tried, convicted and fried. No one should be allowed to get away with this. Especially someone that has been accused of it so many times. I don't know maybe I am just getting a just little too mad about all this. I guess it just really bothers me that so many people are upset by this and voice how they feel but when Kobe Bryant was accused of raping a woman there wasn't alot of things said. Not alot of people or I should say not alot that I have heard, are ready to string him up and make him be punished. I know he has not had his complete trial yet either but neither has MJ and the outcry is far worse. Anyway, this is just one womans take on the situation. Hope I haven't offended anyone by giving it.

The Jackson 5 and MJ solo have some really gret songs in my opinion and I listen to some seriously hard core New Age, Trance, Industrial, Punk, Rock, Indi and Alternative. It isn't about personalities for me when it comes to music, it's the music hands down and how it makes me feel even whn not listening to it, but only hearing it in my thoughts.

But I still will stop on the station when scanning through them when I hear the song "Ben".

There are freaks of all kinds, if MJ did this, then he shouldn't be allowed to live (my opinion) if he didn't do this then people need to just forget he exists if they don't like him. Because he sure as hell doesn't know or care that they exist, when was the last time he came to you home, or called you on the phone?

Welcome to the rumour mill. I know alot of familys that would love the chance to take, lie, anyway they could just to get money from him. I think it's funny how reading through here some people just know he did it. Yet they don't know the guy, really have no idea what the police found if anything. Why not let the PROS get this one lol.

"that part I might... I hope he is guilty and gets jail time. he is a fraek and deserves to met "bubba"

Hoping he is guilty is, in turn, hoping a child was molested. Why not just wish he killed someone? > I find it hard to accept the 'means', even if the 'ends' happens to be locking him away from kids. Granted, one can hope he is *found* guilty *if* he committed the crime, but conveying such a small nuance of perspective would require talking out of something besides your ass.

I think if he is found guilty, the previous parents that made 25 million keeping their mouths shut owe it to all the subsequent kids that were molested, and should be seen as parties to the crime. All they did was enable him to continue doing what they did to their own child.

yearout: I think it is funny how we have a constant stream of folks who pretend that 'truth' is somehow obtainable from the outcome of a trial. Me, I think such folks make their mind up just like the rest of us, but it sounds really 'elevated' to be the devil's advocate. Humans prejudge things for their own safety, and in this case for the safety of their children.

After the whole mess ten years ago many people let the outcome decide what was 'truth', and let their kids go to Neverland. If it ends the same this time, many more will as well. I think that it is a testament to 'common sense' that others wouldn't.

There are too many innocent people found guilty, and guilty people found innocent, to allow the US Court system to decide on whether to put your kids in danger, or donate money to MK's 'ranch' by buying his music.

All this controversy will definitely hurt MJ's career. His whole life from a child was abnormal, and abusive from what I've seen and read. It's no surprise that his adult life is this way. All of his fame and money came with a heavy price.

Please dont associate a sick man or pedophilia with homosexuality. Its insulting. And please dont associate Bush with God either. Its insulting.

Remember the 8th commandment.

some do not believe in the commandments or the bible.

point being, respect thoses people as well.

I don't consider a consentual relationship between a man and a man and an adult male molesting a child as the same thing, but I do wonder if pedophiles are born pedophiles just as homosexuals are born homosexuals.

homosexuals are NOT born homosexauls. that is something that is learned, not born with.

Wether you believe or not, the commandments do have a lot of reason behind them. My statement wasnt religous in nature, only of origin.

btw the 8th commandment reads:
THOU SHALT NOT BEAR FALSE WITNESS AGAINST THY NEIGHBOR.

AKA Gossip - Slander - Lying - Defamation of Character - Hating
