I put the clock widget in a dock by itself. The dock is fully transparent. When doing a mouse over, the clock enlarges just fine... Same problem here. Adding another start menu docklet didn't help. I have to bring up the start menu with the Windows key on my keyboard (since I have the taskbar hidden).
Thank you. That worked. I removed the free version (Windows wouldn't let me select the Plus version in Add/Remove Programs), and used Registry Mechanic to remove all of the registry entries left behind. And then reinstalled the Plus version. I have become so used to programs installing over older versions or removing the older programs for me. Perhaps Stardock will add this info to their FAQ.
I tried the free version. Liked it. Purchased the Plus version. No info on if I could install over the free version or if I had to remove it first. I assumed I could install over since removing the free version might mean I would lose the icons I had added. The Plus version seemed to install okay.
