Funny - I'm not seeing any issue with WindowBlinds 8,0 and Avast 8.0.1489 (the latest version) on my Windows 8 laptop. It might be a driver issue with alexgerry's system or missing updates. I decided to try this on my laptop as well but in this case I would COMPLETELY remove Impulse from the system since I didn't have ANY games installed (Stardock titles or 3rd party games installed thru Impulse/GameStop). I think the crew over at Stardock has been focused on working on the development of a new game. I've seen this happen from time to time - there's no action regarding any of the Object Desktop components while they're working on some new product. One of the frustrating things about the company. I love their products, but I wish that they would be a little more active about updating programs with new features. That's what makes the subscription worthwhile.
