Hello M-203 My experience with Impulse has pretty much always been good. When I reinstall impulse, after a fresh clean install of win 7 64bit ( I do this every 6months or so when issues creep in), I do the first thing it asks and input my emal and password for impulse which i have used to purchase all of my stardoc/impulse/wincustomize stuff. Once I am signed in i just go right ahead and download and install all my software again. No serial numbers to insert in impulse at

Hello Windows 7 professional 64 bit is not available as an upgrade or full product yet, not until Oct 22 2009. Are you running the Win7 ultimate RC1? or have an active technet subscription? or illegal build software? Just Curious

Hello I have tried posting to the Stardock "esupport" site, but i cannot even get through to the site this evening? so here goes here. I have over the last few years purchased several Master Skins, and have recieved my email with the serial # included. I wish to integrate these products into my Impulse account so i dont have to go searching for email and or download sites or my computer files that are backed up for them. What are the specs of the machines that fail to run deskscapes? Are they a separate video card(pcie or agp) or built on m/b agp or pcie chipsets? I believe other posts have mentioned that Agp cards do not work with Deskscapes. You require as PCI-E card to run it i gbelieve. Hope that helps GigaByte69

Hi I like soundpackager, however, when i apply a sound scheme, then close the program, and later want to modify or change soundschemes, i have no idea which was the previously applied sound package? Can a special highlight of the currently applied theme or a box at the top in the interface which shows the currently applied scheme. Thanks GigaByte69

Hi There My SoundPackager just quit as well. All of a sudden today, i can no longer start the program. It loads, then says loading sound schemes, then crashes. I too am running windows vista 32 bit. I recently installed my new Creative Labs Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium Fatality, could this be part of the issue. SoundPackager has worked fine up til now. Those instructions abouve do not apply to Windows Vista, the directories dont match up, even with Hidden files and folders shown?<b

Is anyone having issues with logging into impulse today (May 6 2007), it just says logging on steadily... I cant even change my logon server till it actually logs in? Is this a known issue? Should you be able to choose which server to logon to before login ? Patiently waiting to logon to impulse to browse and use my applications.... GigaByte69

I happen to really like my drive scan, gives you a great picture of where all your hdisk space is being gobbled up. It works awesome in every single OS too, no issues for me in Windows Vista Ultimate, please dont remove this one :)

Hi Last year, Object Desktop/WinCustomize subscribers were granted a couple special free pre-release full themes, Pirate Desktop and Magic Desktop. I however cannot install these anymore? They are not recognized by My Colors as a theme, and the file is a Theme Manager file. I can import into theme manager however, i cannot apply them, they partially complete then lock computer. I want to use these two products to dress up my computer. Any help out there....

[/quote] Hi, have you checked to make sure your selection box for "show prerelease versions" at the bottom of the screen in stardock central is checked? When it is unchecked, i see the beta as curently installed and the 1.02.037 as an update dated 1/15/2008, which is the current full release product of Deskscapes 1.02.

Hi I am running Object Desktop Suite, and my "edit in skinstudio" button in wb6 is not working. I do have the beta version of skin studio pro 6 installed. Has anyone else seen this or no of a way around it. I want to edit some of the suites i have downloaded into window blinds. Yes, i can load skinstudio, and individually load the skin files. Hello I am running the newest builds of window blinds. Some interesting things i have noticed: 1. Everytime i restart the system, the main windows blinds interface pops-up on the screen ? 2. The UI no longer shows the currently applied theme, it always defaults to Windows Areo, on restart? 3. WB 5 used to run on xp, without any running background processes, wb6 on vista seems to always have one wbvista.exe running, is this just the task bar tray icon ? cheers<b

HiI cant even open window blinds at all, i can no longer run either 5 or the 6 beta. previous the 6 beta was running, then i updated to new beuild, then the ui became black, so uninstalled rebotted and installed 5 again, , no it wont work either, i get a constant message to reboot system for either version 5 or six, i have both uninstalled at the moment till i hear what is happening. <img src="ht

i have tried several times by uninstalling, rebooting and reinsstalling and rebooting, however wb 6 either doesnt work at all or constantly want to restart system or ui is totally black. I am an object desktop subscriber (2009) and am frsutrated here. i cant even post images in the forums. i have tried to post several times in the last several days, however my posts arent even showing up at all ? very confused ????

i have uninstalled , rebooted and reinstalled twice, the newest windows blinds 6 beta 5.92[b].093, and both times, wehn i start the windows blinds 6 application, the screen is 90 % black, cant see any of the skins or see any of the options in the screen. i have tried , by guessing, to go to the about screen to use the slider to change interface color, it does not work, just black as can be. Is this something with this build? thanks for help

I have installed my stardock central software and inserted my Object Desktop serial number. Now when i download Windows Blinds 5 to install, it compleates and says that it cant register or activate due too having other products registered under a differnt email address. This is the orginal email i used to purchase the software 1 year ago? Can i please get this sorted out, i cant run window blinds until i can activate it, which, i believe should be done automatically once i have my stardoc.net
