I updated to Windows 11 2025H2 and still facing the issue. I however agree that it is related to firewall. A refresh on my problem: I can copy from the secondary to the primary, but not the other way around. Clipboard history, and hence cloud clipboard are off. I am able to work around this issue if I turn off the firewall on the primary. Thanks. Do you have any other ideas? There is no active VPN on either machines, and unless there are other firewall setups to look at, other than the ones on the article above, we may have exhausted that possibility too. Both computers are on the same network too.

Since about 2-3 weeks, copy-pasting works fine when copying from the secondary computer into the primary, but not copying from the primary and pasting into the secondary. When pasting onto the secondary, there is sometimes a momentaneous slight freeze. It may be related to the 4.07 update, but that could just be a coincidence.
