I am in a hospital and they are probably blocking access. It let me download the software so not sure why to login won't go through.

I followed all the instructions in Reply #12. Still getting the same error message as below.

I got an email saying request was closed but I haven't heard back from The Stardock Support Team.

Tried a different email address and got the same results.

I couldn't figure out how to send a video, but these are the pictures as I click on them. First one is when I click on the Fences icon, and it opens. When I input my email address and click next I get the error message as above.

No first time.
