Error #0 Day Trial

I keep getting the following error when trying to Start 30 Day Trial.

Did you get verification email to your registered email address? And, you have click the link on that email to activate the trial, which than will open a page on Stardock showing "Fences 6 Trial Validation Successful"

When I input my email address and click next I get the error message as above.

I couldn't figure out how to send a video, but these are the pictures as I click on them. First one is when I click on the Fences icon, and it opens. Next, I click on Start 30 Day Trial, then enter email address and I then get the error.

Try this, try using different email and see if you still get the same error.

I got an email saying request was closed but I haven't heard back from The Stardock Support Team.

Hi eabartow,

This shouldn't be happening if you've installed correctly with the latest version.  To be certain the necessary files are able to install successfully, you can first try following this guide:

After doing so, to be thorough, please reboot and try launching the program again.  If for some reason this fails to resolve the activation issue, you can try uninstalling, and then reinstalling from this download link:

If there are any errors during process of installing itself, please let us know what they say.  After reinstalling from the link above, to thorough, please reboot and try launching again. 

A more thorough "purge" of all files can also be attempted, if necessary, to make sure of complete removal before installation.  You can follow this guide to do this:

Once the purge is complete, please reboot as prompted, and then install using the latest version from the trial link below:

If there any errors during process of installing, please let us know what they say.  If the installation is successful and there are no errors, your trial should successfully send your verification email.

Hi eabartow,

I wonder if it could be something from your system or network blocking the connection to our server.  Are you by chance activating from a corporate environment or VPN that may have something blocking the attempt?  If so, you might seek assistance from your IT department with the following guides.

I am in a hospital and they are probably blocking access. It let me download the software so not sure why to login won't go through.
