Hello, came here to say that I have the exact same problem. Reinstall does not help. The problem can be temporarily bypassed by pressing WIN and then closing the menu again with LEFT MOUSE CLICK on the Windows icon (at least for me). Has been like this since 2.5.X for me. I am not quite sure on how to reproduce it 100% but it I think it may be caused by ALT + TABbing a lot between active applications . Hope you find a permanent fix soon. This is really
