Even though is the trial its still not working. No skins will load at all. Skins can't load unless it's working. If it's a recent install you'll probably need to paste the information from the System information pa

It's kinda hard to make something compatible with a system that's always under going change.
used fewer words...... and shorter links
has a low end graphics card I know I do. I will see about updating the drivers later this week to see if it improves.
Are you trying to install WB at work? or at home?
Did you uninstall the trial and reboot first? Did you do a regular download and install or a download/install through SDC? If not SDC, go get it if you don't have it: Link . uninstall WB, reboot, download and install SDC. Register your serial(s) - download and install via SDC - it will also show any release updates you may be entitled to.
Here are some DesktopX Widgets, they don't require DesktopX to run DesktopX Widgets require DesktopX to be installed (but DesktopX does not have to be running) to work.
Have looked at Rainlendar?

Do you also have WB installed?
have the same problem when i try to restore an archived version of wb5. Do you uninstall prior to restoring archive?
Im still confused why I dont even have a stardock folder in local settings/application data . I gots no idea on that.
I like the 'only use this skin with this app' option
Widgets don't need DTX running to work (hence no DTX icon in tray), just installed. Try either right clicking the widget or the widgets icon or maybe try the Widget Manager (I'm not at my computer, so I'm guessing here)
Try = (if you want) = save all your cursors, trails, sounds, etc somewhere and uninstall, reboot, download and install via SDC All of mine are not in the ObjectDesktop folder - I got a bunch of Folders in "Stardock" - hmmm.... CursorXP isn't part of Object Desktop...
I normally either (using Firefox) all to open with CursorXP or save to file then double click and let it self install. If they are downloading as .zip, then explore and see if there are themes inside or graphics. If themes, then unzip and double click the themes (sometimes it is a zip with a couple of cursor themes inside). If graphics, then change the extension from .zip to .CursorXPTheme and double click it.
While the forum is mainly for users to help users, Stardock people do show up once in a while. It could be a while before they respond here. Your best bet is to submit a help ticket (that way you can also track it). In the mean time - if you have not done so, you can add Carrera to the per application to exclude WB from skinning it (or various other "don't skin this" or "only skin this" options). If it's all skins doing this, I suggest the total exclusion. If it's not all ski
Are you sending serial requests using the same email address you use to purchase with?
Neil Banfield GeForce4 MX 440 with AGP8X don't ask me what driver version it's 43.xx or 45.xx - something old - I did a reformat which put it back to 2003 and I've never updated. Yrag told me once they were from 1999.
Bichur: What graphics card do you have? I'm at work - I got that info in a post somewhere, let look....
when i click yes to renew it, sends me to a page to buy ODNT again.... The subscription is basically buying it again at a discount. Down on the left - Renewal : Link
I've been getting that once in a while - clicking start to close it and clicking to re pop it up works. I don't just get the recent apps hole, sometimes it's all invisible until i mouse over, then just the shortcuts appear. For me, I'm thinking it's my video drivers - apparently mine are dated from 1999. Haven't tried changing to a non per pixel skin to see if it happens.
I own WindowBlinds 6 Open WB configuration, click system information on the left and copy/paste here all the info that comes - I'm just curios since there is not WB 6 out yet. Natural Desktop won't run unless you activate it - you should have gotten an email from Sales with the serial. You need to find that email. Or contact Sta
If it's not some honking huge pic on the desktop, then try Milksama's suggestion here: Link
Has been going on for a long time. It's a FireFox issue - type a forum search for 'FireFox". Try adding to or removing your bookmarks tool bar. It doesn't affect everyone (I've never had it), but most posts seem to think it's: bookmarks toolbar an extension a theme
