Did you archive 3.10? If so, uninstall 3.11, then use the restore archive function - check in tools.

Gadget - a gadget is self contained = having DesktopX installed by the end user is not needed. Widget - requires DesktopX to be installed by the end user before it will work. You want to make sure you ask for and receive the right one.

If you're referring to things like wallpaper and icons - not all WB skins come with them. Most screen shots are dressed up

StyleXP is a different program.

Browsers don't give you a choice at boot up. you install them and call them up when wanted. You can set one or the other as a default and still use the other. I was using IE, FF, and Opera at one time just comparing.

Mattmann Are you using the shareware (trial) or paid version. If the trial, it does run out. Are you running Antivirus and/or firewall? If so, what?

Didn't sound that valid when I read it. In order for a widget to run the user would have to have DesktopX installed. You would want a gadget. So you need one of the skinners with 'Pro' version. You say you are launching the promotion, but you were told it would be done with DTX. No mention of who would be doing this in DTX? You mentioned an active desktop, I believe (from perusing Stardock) that might require an "enterprise" license. Having a gadget

I think it's the trial version's limitations. The sysinfo doesn't mention activated. Some of the dates also seem to be off.

Yeah, put it on top and drop it down and the separator stays at the top. I haven't seen anything the mentions how to fix it.

*bump* I can't find it. I'm also confused at whether I remember it being a Skin Studio fix or a pic in folder needs to be renamed to match the .wba name.

It may also help to know your WB info: open WB configuration, click system information on the left & copy/paste here all the info that shows up

Open WB configuration, click 'system information' on the left, copy/paste here all the info that shows up
