Are you noticing Windows Apps do not respect the TBIconSize setting, and that they seem to change size based on the "Taskbar size" setting? Win32 apps behave as expected and respect the TBIconSize setting.
I think you may be right. If I set the value really high such as 70 I do see different sizes. Especially with never combined activated. I dont notice any issues if the value is 30 or below however. So it does appears t
Is this what the new Registry settings represent?
This is correct. And I believe my sizing chart in reply 40 is at least somewhat accurate. For example, for icon size; any value below 24 will be smaller and any value above 24 will be bigger. For comparison I set my value at 28 and like that number myself

All the other custom Registry settings are at HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Stardock\Start8\Start8.ini\Start8. On the 24h2 update copilot became a separate app rather then a built in Windows 11 feature. You can still search for copilot and pin it to your taskbar the same way you would for any other app. If you are missing it altogether it can be downloaded from the Microsoft store

You have to match both the correct email address and the correct product key. The email address has to be the exact one you used when you purchased your product. Additionally you can only have the amount of active installs that came in your license. So if you have one license you could only have it activated on one device at a time. To switch devices in this scenario you would need to deactivate your active license under your dow

MS can't seem to decide what's really important (apart from $$$).
I agree, the general sense I am getting is maybe Microsoft has too many chefs in the kitchen right now. For example, 23h2 is still in active development in the beta channel and still pushing new updates all the way into the new year of 2025. That seems kind of unnec
See reply #27 above.
I think the name implies that this is going to be start 11 v2.5 (i.e. this years big update; big enough to be half a new version of start 11) Of course the v2.49.1 implies that this big update is still in active development, so enjoy being part of the process. When v2.5 is released that means development is complete.
How do I get to see the Download tab for the V2.5 Beta?
On the websites top right corner you will see your profile picture. Click on that and then choose "Downloads" from there. Under your start 11 v2 purchase you will see a "beta download" option.

Really good build from the start 11 dev team. There also seems to be various compatibility fixes. Vertical Taskbar is essential to some people and this is a build that should help people migrate away from Windows 10 as it reaches the end of support

The dev did say he would get it checked out so probably the best course of action would be to wait and give him time to see if he finds any
1, Is that possible to update my F3 to F5 same lifetime and 5 users?
No, permanent licenses includes 1 install per license you purchase. Only a Object desktop subscription includes 5 installs at once.
