On the 24h2 update copilot became a separate app rather then a built in Windows 11 feature. You can still search for copilot and pin it to your taskbar the same way you would for any other app. If you are missing it altogether it can be downloaded from the Microsoft store

You have to match both the correct email address and the correct product key. The email address has to be the exact one you used when you purchased your product.
