Stardock Forumswindows 10 object dock 2.20.0.862 ive been using it for 2 years but only till recently have i started having serious lagging issues

i try and click on the icons and it just hangs..not allowing my to proceed for 20-30 seconds..then it lets me click on the icon what do i do to fix this Ryan
