@Neil the issue occurred again yesterday.

I didn't notice that. Windows update was somehow disabled. I ran an update to version 1909. Will update if the issue still occurs.

Hi all, I'm using Start10 and recently I encounter random BEX64 error whereby the taskbar restarts itself. Not sure if something wrong with Start10 that causing this issue. Does anyone also encounter this issue?
