That is regrettably what I wound up doing too after repeatedly wiping and re-installing Multiplicity, and removing other software. For some reason Multiplicity just doesn't seem to work anymore so I quit using it.

My problem originally started after copying a file between both of my computers which would have been a clipboard. I thought I had all of that turned off in Windows and had disabled them in Multiplicity afterwards cause I had seen reports of issues of it but... I will have time to check tomorrow and see if I missed any locations. I really hope it's something simple like Clipboard. I do use that feature a lot but I'd much rather have the app working than a clipboard.
It's extremely unlikely to be Anti-Cheat. I've used it while playing games that have EAC, Denuvo, and many other Anti-Cheats and it has never once caused an issue over the course of multiple years. I am not saying it can't be a recent development, I just think it's very unlikely. Mine also just crashes outside of game when I move my mouse from the primary to a secondary shortly after restarting the computer with next to no background apps running.

Did you ever resolve this problem? I having the exact same one now, same error messages and every thing. I've already re-installed and clean booted on both computers using the Purge script. Still just crashes with netdll problem the moment I move my mouse from primary to secondary.
