Gotcha, thanks guys! Is there perhaps another way I can have the taskbar skinned and nothing else?

I'm running Windows 10 and would like to use the default theme, but with a customized taskbar. I applied the default theme, went to Settings and under "Use the taskbar and start menu from this style": I selected the style I wanted and hit "Apply Settings Now" however nothing happens. If I am using anything other than the default theme I can choose a different taskbar. Are you not able to use a custom taskbar with the default theme?
