Thank you, however the issue is the website! The downloads page or product retrieval tool does not work at all. There is no server communication and says to contact support, when I contact support they cannot specifically refer me to a solution, but to these forums. This makes no sense, this is new product and if I cannot get resolved I will cancel. How do I retrieve the actual download file if there is nothing in my downloads section of pro

I'm facing the same issue - when I try to offline download, there is nothing in downloads or order history... Please advise workaround. Emily
