Cannot Upgrade from 4 to 6

I am trying to purchase the Fences 6 upgrade, while visiting the website and trying to upgrade with a permanent license nothing happens upon pressing the " Need a permanent license ? " link. I don't want a yearly subscription, Also the email offer shows 6.99$ for the upgrade but when I visit the website it suddenly costs £10 [$13.21], more than double as advertised for the simple upgrade from Fences 4 to 6 ? 

Can we look into this issue ? I would like to upgrade my Fences software but not for a £10/year subscription, I would like a one time pay if possible for what it is advertised for the upgrade in the email I got sent.Permanent license link does nothing and price is suddenly £10 for the $6.99 advertised in the email.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. This is what I get when I click on "Need a permanent license"

Perhaps something is blocking your browser to show the next step. Please try different browser or try clear browser history etc.

Hi TheGreatFriend,

If you're trying to upgrade Fences from a prior version, you'll want to click the "Upgrade" button, as detailed in our guide.

After you enter your email address, you'll be given options for upgrading.  You're welcome to select the one that doesn't say "Subscription", if you do not want a subscription:
