I've tried both versions. the "mpaypal@...." was the address in my email from stardock and cleverbridge. My paypal profile has "mPayPal@...." I seemed to be stuck in some sort of limbo. Thanks for taking the time to help me.

Greetings I just ordered a copy of Multiplicity. I paid with paypal. I received a confirmation to my paypal email address (mpaypal@xxxxxx.com) with my Order reference STARDOCK190821-9552-45603) and my license key ending in -D4C7A. However when I try to activate the product using mPayPal@xxxxxx.com, I get a error message saying that the email is not valid for the license key. I have an account, mstardock@sxxxxxx.com, that I have most of my products including
