Hello again, Thanks for your reply! I've tried everything that you've mentioned but nothing has changed. The error still remains the same. I've also tried to install a trial version on another PC with clean Win 10 1903 and.... finally got the same error. Obviously, some of these DLLs need to be fixed.

Start10's DLL libraries seem to being corrupted after 1903 Update. Attempts to execute "msra" (a built-in windows utility for remote assitance) fail with an "Bad image" error. The full message text is "...\start10_64.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error..."
