I have said this before, but I think it bears repeating here. " Stardock is a very conscientious software developer that provides some of the best customer support in the industry." That being said, I have a hard time understanding how some members of this forum find it necessary to verbally abuse the Stardock Support staff, at t

This is a strange one for sure. The fact that Paul could not reproduce this on the same versions on Windows 11 and Outlook is also very strange. Hopefully Paul will check it again with "Enhance taskbar" turned on and see if he gets the same result as you. In an unrelated issue with Groupy which causes Excel to be unable to change printers even when Excel is in the "Application Exclusion" list. If Groupy is turned off, Excel works as expected. This is something that Groupy should "have nothing

Neither Windows 11 nor Start11 offer the Taskbar Toolbar feature. There are however, some third party apps which create a Taskbar toolbar in Windows 11. No disrespect, but isn't that what the start menu is for. You can create those same groups in the Start11 menu -- assuming you use the windows 10 or Windows 11 Styles -- and access them with fewer clicks than with a taskbar toolbar. Just sayin'.

Try this: 1) Go to the Windows 11 Desktop Icon Settings and untick Recycle Bin. This will remove the Recycle Bin from your Desktop. 2) Now go to the Desktop Folder and right click the Recycle Bin and choose Pin to Start. If you have "Synchronize pinned items from the OS menu with Start11" turned on, skip steps 3 and 4. 3) Next go to C:\Users\"your User Name"\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs <

Assuming you are not using an Insiders version of Windows 11, you can view open applications on the taskbar with ungrouped windows by selecting “Enhance taskbar” in the Start11 settings.

In the Windows 10 style, if you use the medium size or larger tiles, the name is included under the icon. The other option is to use the Windows 11 style which includes the name under the icon in the small size, although you lose the tile layout.
Thanks for the idea. I will try that and let everyone know if it works. 👍 Edit: It didn't work...bummer. Edit #2: never mind, I got it to work! 😂
Glad to hear you were able to make it work. I thought I had done that before. I don’t have my laptop with me, so I was unable to test it before I suggested it.
