Thanks for the fast reply. Here is the same question from almost a year ago:

"Every time I update to the most recent version of Windows 11 Cumulative Update I lose my Windows 10 style start menu setting and have to clean the registry of any reference to Stardock and Start , reinstall Start 11 and recreate my Start 10 Style menu.  Is there a location in the stardock folder where the Start menu styles are stored?  Please HELP!!"

Windows 11 version 22H2 (OS Build 22621.1343) - Start11 version 1.39.1

End of marcopolim's quote

I'd suggest trying a purge and reinstall: https://support.stardock.com/space/SHC/1349320730/Start+Menu+purging+and+re-installing

Also, make sure do are not using any other similar programs at the same time

Will purging and re-installing bring back the Windows 10 style Start menu back?  The menu file before upgrading must still be somewhere!!
