I see what you did. You deleted a size which was named "humongous". Wish you hadn't as it was great for my eyesight. Wasn't it a bit assuming to do that with no notification? Really wish that wasn't done.
I was running the latest beta version. It then asked if I wanted to install version 1.2 versus beta version 1.18. It was the right question but it shrunk the size of my icons pretty significantly. Should that be?

FYI, for those that had the nice Stardock taskbar "nuked" by build 22581, you can enable the Windows 11 Classic taskbar via Winaero and have the texturizing go all the way across the taskbar. I don't know if other taskbar function is fully there
I can't remember how long it has been since Microsoft last did this. If stardock and microsoft don't agree to play nice, this could easily become a shouting match where all 3 parties, primary vendor, secondary vendor, and customers could all lose. As you are both declaring Ukraine as yours, maybe talking wouldn't hurt
Please note that effective today Microsoft released a new build to both the DEV and BETA rings. They updated the notification area in this build and it no longer honors a texture all the wat across. My texture does not cover all the way across. It is now a plain blue color on the right side. Norm
OK, just to be thorough: i installed the icon pack. I rebooted. I launched the video editor. When I tried to pin it to the app on the taskbar, the attributes told me it could go through the taskbar as an audio clip. So then i did the import directly to the bid3eo editor timeline and that was recognized as an MP4 video. So that worked. But if your expectation would be that I could drag from file to taskbar to the app icon, that did not work. But

Thank you for making Start 11 beta available. I've installed it and am happy I can now make a video file directly available to video editing software. There is one problem I am seeing. When I drag an MP4 video into the video timeline, it can only be added as a sound file and not as a video. Please advise. Thanks.

Please send my thanks to the team for including the "Absurd" icon size in the Windows 11 format. Yes, I did add that value and set it to 1. Signing out and in again had same results, a large outer frame and s image size 1/3 of that. So unless I hear from you again, I think we are done. But from our interactions, I can tell that you did not try edgetile creators edition from the microsoft store. If you do, you will see the obvious different outer frame size and the size of the icon size. Try it on a machine that does not have start11 installed. &nb
Okay you got the show tiles thing working. Two large tiles fit in a group. However you still are not recognizing the way Microsoft collaborated with the EDGETILE developer to have full frame icons. Why make the frame of the icon larger (about 2.5 times icon size) but with more empty space? Those are native icons from Microsoft and are pinned only by microsoft processes. The reason that windows 10 start was liked is that it was created by edge tile pro which did not shrink the icons to 96 picels. It used the default 256 pixels. Done!
I'm done with this dialogue. I did my part by telling you that the icon size is 1/3 the size of the foorprint. That is a long way from what Windows 10 did. And I am not going to revert to windows 10 to show you. I am so done with you guys.
Note that even the large icon size has a large footprint but that the icon itself is only 1/3 orf width of the footprint. Not acceptable. Also, you cannot fit two large tiles in a group because the "Show more tiles" option from settings is gone

Hello. I am looking at other ways of organizing now that I have my own start menu for windows 11. One of the areas that would help would be to allow me to group icons in categories I could customize (Explorer allows "group by" but no customization). I would like to title a fence in a folder, and allow me to just drag what belongs in that category. Sorting within a fence by filename is a minimum.
