Done,in addition I've deleted all Stardock folders I've found before reinstall it. Fences 4 works fine now. Nevertheless I've found a small bug: If you select "Never" in "Show labels" (Color & appearance configuration) then "block fences" disappear in Desktop context menu.

Hello, Installed Fences 4 with Windows 10 Lock fences option is not available in Desktop, I cannot resize fences and, more important, has created troubles to Firefox and Chrome: I cannot use RFID reader. Uninstalled Fences 4 and reinstalled Fences 3, all desktop options are available again.
