OS: Windows 10/1709 16299.98 WB: 10.65 (048 - Windows 10 Edition) - 64 bit OS qBittorrent: 4.0.2 (x64) QBittorrent has problem with Windowblinds. Problem is quite obvious and reproducible with every skin I tried by resizing qBittorrent main window.

Thank you for quick replies and good suggestions. Excluding JRiver Mediacenter program seems to work and allows me to use Mediacenter normally. Excluding installer, however, did not change it's behavior and installation attempt still fails with same symptoms.
Trying to install JRiver v220108 on a Windows v1703/15063.296 results rapidly flashing installation window which loops indefinitely and thus installation fails. This is due to a software conflict with Stardock Windowblinds v10.62. Problem has propably something to do with some UI element. Using JRiver Mediacenter
