Hi Basj:) I tried again uninstalling, downloading, reinstalling and experienced the same issue - I just sent a support request - If they can't help, I guess that I will have no choice but to uninstall the program and try to find a similar product elsewhere. I really have no idea why this issue is happening only for this software and nothing else. All other Stardock software works really well for me. Thanks for your reply - Howard:)
