Thanks. I tried repairing the Visual C++ libraries but it hasn't helped. I've confirmed this issue on my work PC (Windows 7) as well as my home PC (Windows 10). Support ticket has been raised too.
I'm having issues running these programs together. Every other game I own including every Assassin's Creed title up to Black Flag runs simultaneously no problem. Like I said it only happens with Rogue, nothing else.
