Assassin's Creed: Rogue conflict with ObjectDock

I'm having issues running these programs together. Every other game I own including every Assassin's Creed title up to Black Flag runs simultaneously no problem. I get this debug message:

Any ideas on how to rectify this? Like I said it only happens with Rogue, nothing else.

Hi there,

 

i don´t know if you already done it, but did you tried to "repair" the Microsoft Visual C++ installation?

Under the installed programs "Programs and features" right klick on the Microsft Visual C++ and click change or repair.

Thanks. I tried repairing the Visual C++ libraries but it hasn't helped. I've confirmed this issue on my work PC (Windows 7) as well as my home PC (Windows 10). Support ticket has been raised too.
