Thank you Basj I will have to start using that logic. I was hoping that I could do it through the Save interface and somehow indicate a fence but the Name-based rule will, I'm sure, serve me well. Just one more thing to remember. Regards donsonken

When I download a file and save it to a specific location can I, at that time, direct it to a specific Fence or do I have to assign it to a Fence later?
