I am waiting. Is anyone awake there. Bought game on 29th. Has not showed up on my STEAM account. Have confirmation notice, shows up in my Stardock account, shows up in Stardock download file. DOES NOT show up on STEAM so I can activate and play. I see that others have had the same problem. Also that there is a problem with the keys. What??? I have been a follower (and buyer) for many years, and this is the worst I have ever see

I am very glad that you are live. Wish I could be. Never received game. A no show on STEAM. Have receipt, shows up in my Stardock account. Tried email. Got same notice about FAQs. Wonderful. I have seen many posts about this same issue and bad keys. I have everything. But the game is not on my STEAM account.

Thank you for this info. I purchased the game and got instructions in the Order Confirmation Email. Many people are confused by the Key Code area being blank. Steam Product code is there, just below the confirmation and order #, but many gamers are not making the connection. Also the email give the distinct impression that the game (Siege of Centauri) will show up NOW for activation. Someone should send a follow-up email or there are going to be a lot of PO's ga

Look at the end of that area of text where your purchased is confirmed and sales gives you the order number. You will see Steam Product code. My only problem is that that I can get no replay on why it is not showing up on STEAM so I can activate the game and install it. Good Luck. From: AncientGamer
