Just logged into say that I uninstalled Fences over this issue. Mandatory auto-update checking and notification popups are a deal breaker for me. Would've been simple enough to add an option to disable it, but I guess Stardock wasn't interested in doing that. Bye!
https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#disableupdate

I would suggest visiting the Ashampoo site for more information on their products. Their products are available on our store, but you can find more information and support on their site. https://www.ashampoo.com/en/usd/pin/0559/security-software/backup-pro-11
I've pushed your order through. Sorry for the delay.
Hold down the Shift key while resizing.
Please change your username to something other than your email. You do not want that displayed to the public. https://www.stardock.com/accounts/accountinfo
You will need to wait for support to answer your ticket. Do not create or reply to your tickets as that will put you back in the queue.

Please don't post your email address in a public forum. I don't know the details of this, so you would need to PM Jafo and speak with him.
I'm not sure what you mean. Any license in your account should be available.
Try restarting Steam.
I do not see Fences in your account. If you ordered from another email you would need to merge your accounts. https://forums.stardock.com/486311/accounts-and-activation-support-faq#mergeaccounts
Sorry for the trouble. I have pushed your order through.
If you uninstall, reboot, then reinstall on Steam, you will get 3.05.
Your downloads are always available in your Stardock account: http://download.stardock.com
We have rolled back 3.07 on Steam so that we can address some issues. If you uninstall, reboot, then reinstall, you will get 3.05.
Sorry to hear you are having trouble. You do not need a product key with the Steam version It's important that: -You do not have any other version of the software from any other source (stardock.com for example) If you do, you need to uninstall that other version -That you are logged into Steam and not as a 'guest' -In the install directory, run sassteam.exe and see if you are able to use the product again.
