You have to pay the initial price for Object Desktop, then renew each year at a discounted renewal rate.
You would have to contact PayPal. They have already cancelled the order with us via your request.
You initiated a refund via PayPal. You would need to contact them about this. If you want the software, you would need to order it again. Any older software already on your account might or might not work depending on which operating system you are using. There will be no new software on your account unless you purchase it again.
You refunded your purchase via PayPal. You would need to take up any issues about your payment with them. That is why Object Desktop does not show for you. Those are very old versions of WindowBlinds. They will most likely not work on a newer version of Windows.

You can try enabling the roll-up feature.
The system requirements are on the Steam store page. 64-bit systems will be required.

ObjectDock is not part of Object Desktop. I do not see any purchases of ObjectDock on this account.

Where are you changing your password at?
When you purchase from our store you get a Steam key for games. You will need to register the game with your Stardock account.
