"Fences is not associated with this account"

Hello,

First, sorry but I don't write and speak this language very well...

I bought Fences 3. I have the product key and my email but when I do the activate with stardock account, the message "Fences is not associated with this account".

In "My downloads" I see Fences with the product key.

Can you help me, please.

If you could write French it would be great for me
