I've tried everything. I've re-indexed, followed the start10 purge, etc. The problem is in start10. Is there a debug log, or a debug mode for start10 to see why it's failing

Windows 10 Pro updated to 1803, now Start10 search doesn't return many/most applications. For example if I search for "Resource" then "Resource Monitor" should show up but doesn't, or "Notepad++" should show up if I start typing "Notepad". Problem happens with most of the applications I use regularly, including ones in the Start10 recently used list.
