Update. I have now paid for all and updated (in any case, the items I had and wanted). It seems to be working ok now. Sorry, I didn't remember that I had let them lapse.

BTW...I jsut realized I had to renew OBjectdesktop, which I did, and that won't activate.. Should I purge ALL of your products and reinstall, because NONE of them are showing that I have a current subscription.

stardock.com from the EMAIL that keeps telling me to use the link to access my account...Yet when I do, I am again sent the SAME EMAIL!! I already told you this. On Wincustomize.com I see my account, and my profile, but cannot DO anything because I am told to renew! Which I did yesterday and it shows under my account!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TWO issues with my account. Activate my Wincustomize for me and stop sending emails with a link to log in, which only shows a box

FYI...If I go to the Stardock main website...I seem to already logged in and I can see my order of 2 items this week...Deskscapes and renewed wincustomize. You can see my concern.

I am very disappointed. #1 why is my account 'disabled'? #2 This concern here and my issue with DeskScapes. See my account. Please fix these issues as I have used Stardock happily for years. Now, however, I have issues. Doesn't Stardock play well with the latest update of Windows 11????

Yes...because I told you in the beginning that I had Deskscapes 11 . Deskscape app does not open on my desktop. It opens as an app. Seriously, you don't need to try to dismiss me as not knowledgeable.

I open my settings on pc, go to background and select MY picture. Then I open deskscapes and it shows NO currently applied background. So I then choose the animated background I want for screensaver and go through that process. Once I do, not only is it my screensaver, but is showing as my background, too. That is all. Nothing else unusual happens. I know my tech, and I have done this process for YEARS! My settings on PC are the same.

I paid for renewing my wincustomize account yesterday but when I go to the website it keeps asking for me to renew. Also, when i get the email to go to my account, I enter my email, then get another email with a link sto my account! I've tried this half a dozen times!

I know how to set it up; I've used it for several years. My problem is now I cannot set a different background for my desktop from my screensaver. It is using the SAME downloaded background for both. On my pc settings I have a different picture I want to use for the desktop from MY photos. I used to be able to do this, and now I can't.

When I oopen the app there is no 'about'. also, it just shows as backgrounds..., but if I open website...it shows as a Dream

Windows 11 Home. Deskscapes version 11 21H2./ OS22000. 832. build I have ONE monitor. I used to have a different image for my wallpaper and an animated background for screensaver . Now I can't. And I cannot use screensaver to show you a screenshot because as soon as I go to do that the apply background options disappear. And what does my scaling have to do with my issue?

Why is setting my wallpaper for a specific background greyed out? I have win 11 and would like a different background for my wallpaper and my screensaver.
