wincustomize

not active

I paid for renewing my wincustomize account yesterday but when I go to the website it keeps asking for me to renew.  Also, when i get the email to go to my account, I enter my email, then get another email with a   link sto my account!  I've tried this half a dozen times!

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

All Stardock stuff apps, accounts, etc. are in the system using the email 

that was used when purchased . 

Now some people use PayPal ( with a different email addy, than their Stardock

account info , is that your case maybe ?

Also by mistake some people type in the wrong email address when purchasing 

that might have happened .

I am very disappointed.  #1 why is my account 'disabled'?

FYI...If I go to the Stardock main website...I seem to already logged in and I can see my order of 2 items this week...Deskscapes and renewed wincustomize.  You can see my concern.

Which website are you trying to login to ? wincustomize.com or stardock.com?

People would be able to assist you more in both of your posts if you could post screen shots like they have been asking you for.

stardock.com from the EMAIL that keeps telling me to use the link to access my account...Yet when I do, I am again sent the SAME EMAIL!! I already told you  this.

On Wincustomize.com I see my account, and my profile, but cannot DO anything because I am told to renew!  Which I did yesterday and it shows under my account!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

TWO issues with my account.  Activate my Wincustomize for me and stop sending emails with a link to log in, which only shows a box for my email, and we're in the same loop!

You can login to stardock with this link https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products there is no reason to continue to use links from emails

It will take you directly to your downloads page if you need to access any files\info.

On the wincustomize site, it sounds like you are going to the "shop" tab (image below). There is really no need to go there now that you have a vaild subscription, just go to explore to browse the items

I think I have found the problem, from your screen shot, you are using the wrong username, so it is also probably the wrong email address than what your purchases are under.
