Hello, I purchased a license and installed for testing on a PC with no internet. Used the USB method to activate. How do I now de-active this license to re-install on the production PC and activate again. Is the deactivate the same.. use the USB method? Can someone provide the steps needed. thanks.
Hello, I have installed Multiplicity and was prompted if this was going to be a primary - which it was. I said yes. But then the software would not load, would constantly just keep asking if I wanted to switch back to secondary. I click no, and then nothing happens. So I clicked Yes, and it loaded in secondary, but it will not let me slide the slider to Primary, asks if im sure I want to switch to primary, then moves slider back to secondary. I have
