Will not switch to Primary from secondary

Hello,

I have installed Multiplicity and was prompted if this was going to be a primary - which it was.  I said yes.

But then the software would not load, would constantly just keep asking if I wanted to switch back to secondary.  I click no, and then nothing happens.

So I clicked Yes, and it loaded in secondary, but it will not let me slide the slider to Primary, asks if im sure I want to switch to primary, then moves slider back to secondary.

I have tried uninstalling and re-installing..  it will no longer ask to make it a primary on subsequent installs, only goes in a secondary and will not switch.

Thoughts?
