Deskscapes keeps prompting for license or purchase after uninstall? Why is this happening and how do i stop it? Windows 10 Pro is the OS. Thanks-

Instead of an immediate software download I got this message. Why is this happening and what is the problem?????? "This order has been queued for processing by customer service. You will receive an email within one business day, at which time you will be charged and your order will be fulfilled."
